Kitty Davis Air-Liner, Miami Beach 1940s

Its tag line was A Night Club In The Air. It actually wasn’t in a plane but the walls were decorated with propellers and other aviation paraphernalia.

Critics say: "It is the most unusual Night Club in the World."

It closed in 1947.
