This dramatic whaling scene is featured on the inset of a full sized country table / writing desk that Jo Sonja painted for her husband, Jerry. The scene is framed with iridescent, stenciled seashells and with additional iridescent shells and leaf motifs adorning the corners of the top.

Unfinished furniture is available from a variety of sources. This desk table is made from alder.
